We would love to invite you to attend our School Careers and Opportunities Fair on Monday the 19th of November here at Tynecastle High School. The event runs all afternoon, and parents/carers of all Tynecastle High School students are invited to attend between 3.30pm and 5pm.
There will be a range of local and national organisations running stalls and sharing key information on their industry and business so that our students and Parents/Carers can hear about the wide range of possibilities available to young people in their local area and beyond. The exhibitors will be sharing information on:
- Jobs (including some that are currently available)
- Work Experience opportunities
- Modern Apprenticeships
- General information on industry
- How young people can look to get involved
This will be the third Careers and Opportunities Fair to run at Tynecastle and we are hopeful that it will be an exciting and empowering opportunity for all involved. The key aim of the event is to introduce our young people to the many different opportunities for work and further training and education, but also to help them realise the requirements and expectations for such opportunities.
Please feel very welcome to join us for this event and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to be in touch.
