Children’s Mental Health Week is coming to a close, and as the school holiday approaches, today in school we have been focussing on the role of sleep in keeping ourselves Healthy: Inside and Out. New research from Place2Be shows that sleep is connected with worrying: of the 1,100 10-11 and 13-15 year-olds who were surveyed in this new research, those who slept fewer than 9 hours per night were more likely to say they often don’t know what to do when they are worried — and that once they start worrying, they cannot stop.
With that in mind, we wish you all a safe and restful holiday – with plenty of sleep, if that’s what you need. The use of new technology in Accutane at accutane online reduces the course dose of Isotretinoin while maintaining the therapeutic efficacy of the drug. And don’t forget that, after the holiday, Place2Be staff will still be on hand to support students, families and staff with everything to do with mental health and emotional wellbeing – including issues around sleep.
