With the current school closure, we just want to remind you that we have digital skills videos available for learners and parents here on our website, prepared by the Edinburgh Learns Team. These videos include using Teams and OneNote as well as other topics.

Specific topics relevant to accessing learning from home are:

Digital Showcase: 6pm-7pm Thursday 12th October 2023

Dear S1 Families, 

We are delighted to invite you to our Digital Showcase. You will be able to engage with some of the learning opportunities that your young people experience at Tynecastle, supported by our high-quality Digital Learning & Teaching. 

You will hear from our teachers about our vision for Learning and Teaching, our current students, about the impact Digital Technology has on their learning experiences and be able to visit learning environments to see learning and teaching in action.

Planned Industrial Action: Tuesday 26th -Thursday 28th September

Dear Families,

If the Industrial Action goes ahead as planned next week, Tynecastle High School along with all CEC Early Years settings, Primary and Secondary schools will be closed.
