Asymptomatic Testing Programme for All Students

Please see below the Letter from the Head Teacher with frequently asked questions, Consent Form and Privacy Notice for all Students’ Asymptomatic Testing Programme.

Please note that although the letter is written about senior phase students, this is now applicable to all secondary-aged students.

If preferable, hard copies of the consent form are available for your child to collect on the day that they are in attendance. Once completed at home, these hard copies can be returned to the Welfare Officer the next time the student is scheduled to be in school.

Thank you.
