My Activity Planner

It is really important to try to stay active at this time, even if you have to stay at home right now.

Activity is good for your physical health, but it is also good for your mental and emotional health too.

My Activity Planner is a document created by the Sports and Outdoor Learning Unit providing pupils aged 3 – 17 and their families with active links (click on the character not the bubble) to some fantastic activities that can be completed at home or whilst out exercising. The document is very user-friendly and appropriate to all ages and stages.
