Tynecastle CARES
We would like to invite the families of P5, P6 and P7 students from Balgreen, Craiglockhart, Dalry, Stenhouse and our wider Tynecastle Community to our annual Open Evening. We look forward to welcoming everyone next week.
Thursday 7th September is a National Strike Day across the Sector and all SCP (Schools College Partnership) and FA classes will be cancelled.
Students who would normally attend college on Thursday afternoons are expected to stay in their normal classes until lunchtime tomorrow, sign out at the main office during lunch and then work at home for the afternoon.
We apologise for the disruption to our SCP Programme and very much hope that a resolution can be found quickly to minimise further disruption to our students.
During September, S1 – S3 students are invited to take part in this year’s environmentally themed creative writing competition: Green Pencil Award 2023. We are also launching ‘Escape Connect Relate’, our new lunchtime reading for wellbeing club to support our mental health.
